Radishes are root vegetables of the Brassicaceae family. They are excellent sources of ascorbic acid, folic acid, potassium, B6, riboflavin, magnesium & calcium. Did you know that the human body needs folic acid to synthesize, repair & methylate DNA?
Chard is a highly nutritious leafy green vegetable of the Amaranthaceae family that contains vitamins A, B, K & C, as well as minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, potassium & zinc.
